1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bt baji ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting services accessible at https://bt-baji.club. These Terms apply to all use of the bt baji platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in casino games, placement of sports bets, and engagement with promotional offers.

By accessing the bt baji website, completing the account registration process, making any deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and all associated policies, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and bt baji.

bt baji reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be published on the bt baji website. Your continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you disagree with any revised provisions, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact our support team at [email protected] to close your account.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the bt baji platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. bt baji is an 18+ platform. We do not permit minors to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting activity under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual player acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or third party acting on behalf of another person.
• You do not hold a current self-exclusion agreement with bt baji or any affiliated gaming platform. If you have previously self-excluded, you must not attempt to re-register or access the platform during your exclusion period.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who are bankrupt, subject to a court order restricting financial activity, or otherwise legally incapacitated from entering contracts are not permitted to use bt baji.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of bt baji or any of its affiliated technology, payment, or gaming content partners.

Age Verification

bt baji reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including during the registration process, before processing any withdrawal, or at any point during an active player relationship. Acceptable identification documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh or another recognised government authority. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawal.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of bt baji services, you are required to create a registered account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a mobile number associated with your bKash, Nagad, or other registered payment method. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the bt baji platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If bt baji identifies that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be permanently closed, any balances (including bonus funds and pending withdrawals) in those accounts will be forfeited, and the player may be permanently banned from the platform.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of our commitment to safe and responsible gaming and to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices, bt baji may require players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process may include submission of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (NID, passport, or driver's licence)
• Proof of residential address in Bangladesh (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., screenshot of registered bKash or Nagad account details)
• Source of funds declaration where deposits exceed defined thresholds

bt baji will process KYC documents within two business days of submission. Withdrawals may be held pending successful KYC completion on the first withdrawal or when triggered by our risk assessment system. Documents are stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bt baji account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. bt baji will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity carried out using your account credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you, and bt baji accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the bt baji platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bt baji does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion services are provided. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank transfers.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 BDT via bKash or Nagad (instant credit to bt baji wallet).
• Deposits via bank transfer: credited within one to two hours of confirmed receipt.
• bt baji does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your mobile banking provider may apply standard transaction charges.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger an account review.
• bt baji reserves the right to decline a deposit from any source it deems high-risk or inconsistent with your account profile.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 BDT via bKash or Nagad.
• Withdrawals are processed within two hours of request for verified accounts under standard conditions.
• First-time withdrawals require successful completion of KYC verification before processing commences.
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the bt baji account.
• bt baji reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if it suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms, pending investigation.
• Any bonus funds that have not yet met their applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are fully satisfied.

Anti-Money Laundering

bt baji maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls. The platform must not be used for the purpose of transferring, concealing, or laundering money derived from illegal activity. bt baji reserves the right to freeze accounts, suspend withdrawals, and report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities where required. Players found to be using bt baji for money laundering purposes will be permanently banned and all associated funds will be forfeited.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

bt baji offers a range of promotional bonuses, including a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 BDT on a player's first qualifying deposit, weekly reload bonuses, seasonal promotions tied to BPL and IPL cricket seasons, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal may be made. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms. Unless otherwise specified, the following general rules apply to all bonuses on the bt baji platform:

1. Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times on eligible games before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
2. Wagers placed on games listed as restricted or excluded in the specific promotion terms do not count toward wagering requirements.
3. bt baji reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived from those bonus funds if it determines the player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any other activity designed to circumvent the intent of the promotion.
4. Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless otherwise explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
5. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the bt baji platform.

Welcome Bonus Conditions

The bt baji welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 BDT is available exclusively to new players making their first deposit. The bonus is calculated as a 100% match on the first qualifying deposit. To claim the welcome bonus, the player must opt in during the deposit process. The welcome bonus will not be credited retrospectively if the opt-in step is skipped. Minimum qualifying first deposit and applicable wagering requirements are stated on the promotions page at the time of offer.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The bt baji platform provides access to sports betting markets, live casino games, slot games, and speciality games from certified international studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All games operate under the technical rules established by their respective providers, subject to the overarching platform terms set out herein.

Sportsbook Rules

• All sports bets are final once confirmed and cannot be amended or cancelled after placement, except where a specific cash-out option is offered and exercised within the permitted window.
• bt baji reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were clearly published in error due to a technical fault or data feed failure.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time odds and market availability. bt baji accepts no liability for connectivity interruptions that prevent a player from placing or monitoring a live bet.
• bt baji covers cricket markets including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC Test matches, and bilateral international series involving the Bangladesh Tigers.
• Minimum stake and maximum payout limits per event and per market are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by sport and competition.

Casino & Slots Rules

• All casino games and slot titles on bt baji use certified random number generators (RNGs) that are independently audited for fairness by the respective game providers.
• Theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are available in the game information panel for each title.
• Progressive jackpot pools are governed by the rules of the respective game provider. bt baji does not determine jackpot triggers or seeding amounts.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a live casino session, bt baji will consult the game provider's system logs to determine the correct outcome. No verbal claims or player-side screenshots will override verified server-side data.
• Any winnings generated through exploitation of a software bug or system error will be deemed void. Players who identify a technical fault are required to cease play and report the issue to support immediately.

Disconnection & Technical Issues

bt baji accepts no liability for losses incurred due to internet connectivity failures on the player's side, device malfunction, power outages, or network interruptions. Players are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection before engaging in live betting or live casino play. In the event of server-side technical failures attributable to bt baji's infrastructure, affected players will be compensated in accordance with the relevant game provider's disconnection policy.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on the bt baji platform, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to every player without exception:

Player Obligations

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date personal information on your bt baji account at all times. Notify support promptly if any registered details change.
• Use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial or professional gambling operation.
• Comply with all applicable laws in Bangladesh regarding online gaming and financial transactions.
• Play responsibly and make use of the self-exclusion, deposit limit, and session time tools if you feel your gambling behaviour requires management.
• Report any suspected security vulnerabilities, exploits, or technical errors to bt baji support immediately rather than exploiting them.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute material breaches of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Creating more than one account on the bt baji platform, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Providing false, stolen, or fraudulently obtained personal or payment information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with any game on the platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any scheme to exploit non-public information about the outcome of a sporting event.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games (including chip-dumping in poker) to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform to launder money or process proceeds of illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the bt baji platform's software, servers, or infrastructure.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, or miscalculated odds to generate winnings that would not arise under normal platform operation.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward bt baji staff or other players via any communication channel.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the Player

You may close your bt baji account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, bt baji will process any remaining withdrawable balance to your registered payment method before deactivating the account. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt.

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — for example, because they feel gambling is becoming problematic — are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool available in their account settings before submitting a closure request. Self-exclusion provides immediate restriction of access and is designed to prevent impulsive re-registration. Suspension or Closure by bt baji

bt baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any associated policy document.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity, pending investigation.
• Discovery that the player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.
• Persistent abusive conduct toward bt baji support staff.
• Receipt of a legal order, court instruction, or regulatory directive requiring account restriction.
• Inactivity: accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. bt baji will attempt to notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy policy to the account balance. Dormancy fees, where applicable, will be disclosed at the time of notification.

Where an account is closed by bt baji due to a confirmed Terms violation, any remaining balance (including real-money funds, bonus funds, and pending winnings) may be forfeited in full. Where closure is administrative or due to player inactivity, bt baji will make reasonable efforts to return the withdrawable balance to the player's registered payment method.

Disputes & Complaints

If you wish to raise a dispute regarding any transaction, bet settlement, bonus calculation, or account action taken by bt baji, you must submit your complaint in writing (in English) to [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. bt baji aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and provide a full written response within five business days. bt baji's decision on disputes is final subject to any legal rights you may hold under applicable Bangladeshi law.
